Product Introduction:

FR5 H-class epoxy sheet also known as EPGC204 under the IEC standard which were joint developed by ISOLA Twaiwan and our company,This is the high temperature resistant rigid plate insulating materials.

Feature:

• Heat resistance:High temperature resistance more than 180℃(the gradeof heat resistance is class H)
• Voltage resistance: the voltage resistance of FR5 up to 16KV/mm
• Fire retardant: FR5 Epoxy sheets are UL-rated V-0. They belongs to halogen-free system that generates very low smoke and smoke toxicity in a fire situation.
• Mechanical strength:FR5 Epoxy sheet have stable mechanical strength and high degree of automation processing.

Application:

1. High-voltage motor and electrical equipment as insulating structure: high-tension switch cubible,transformer,frequency changer,Converter,DC motor,AC contactor

2. Switch cubicle:bursting disk,lining plate,arc extinguishing chamber,arcing cylinder,arcing piece,flash barrier,wiring board,terminal plat insulating supports

3. Strut member and bus bar supports,The armature parts of electrical machine:cover plate,slot wedge,stator,gasket,shims,carbon brush etc.
