Product Introduction:
Polyester resin coated on the glass fiber mat named GPO-3 materials, it has the filler material named aluminium hydroxide which was used to fire resistant , and then press under the high temperature & pressure by machine. The material inclusive laminated sheet , pultrusion profiles and molded parts . The machined part was made of GPO-3 laminated sheet .
At present , the sheet size which we can supply is 1000*1200mm if the thickness from 0.5-3mm ; if the thickness more than 3mm , we can supply 1230*2100mm to machine the big size parts .
This material machined parts with very nice arc property and insulation property , it was application to every kinds of electrical equipment which has arc when running , it will clean the arc . In other way the machining precision can meet ISO2768-F according to the customer demand .It is so high precision in insulation industry . As soon as we know , higher precision which we can meet , it will be better for the electrical products .
For example , the transformers requested high precision GPO-3 parts as the air gap and insulation struck . As soon as we know , the higher precision tolerance , the better quality/performance of the products . Application of material :
GPO-3 laminated sheet with the performance on electrical properties such as arc resistance while the electric equipment is working . So many electrical products have the arc while it is running . Arc will callused the insulation materials carbonized .once the material carbonized, it will be become semiconductor , carbonized will be decrease the insulation property and even damage the whole equipment .
This material have the good properties on machining , it can be grinded and machined according to ISO2768-F or more precision on the tolerance . With the technology development and requirements higher and higher , more and more components will be requested higher precision on the tolerance , whole electric equipment will be more and more precision . It will improve the properties , such as decrease noise , increase insulation between phases etc. The machined parts/plates are widely used in transformer/Switch cabinet/uninterruptible power supply , etc.
