Full name of GPO-3(UPGM203) is unsaturated polyester composited with glass fiber mat laminated sheet , then hot pressing under the high temperature .
The thickness range which we can produce : 0.5mm-60mm
Length and width : 1200*1000mm/1230*1040mm and 2100*1230mm
It has properties for very low hygrometric susceptibility, small losses at high frequency, excellent mechanical properties, good dielectric properties, V-0 flame resistance. It is mainly used as support in transformer and electric machines, pitctures, etc.

Application of material
Polyester sheet is widely used in area of transformers /switchgears/ frequency converter/ inverter/UPS and every kind of electric equipment . By virtue of its excellent electric and mechanical capacity , it has been used more and more kinds of electric equipments .GPO3(UPGM203) Polyester sheet can grinded by milling machining , the thickness tolerance will be better than normal sheet ,it means better flatness . it can be machined into complex parts by CNC machines .It is widely used in rail traffic project such as bullet train and metro by its low smoke and halogen-free flame retardant properties .As For example , Xiamen Metro , Fuzhou metro etc., it was used in switchgears and safety gate by its very low water-absorbing quality . As we know , the metro is underground and atmosphere damp , so the low water-absorbing is top important when running equipment to avoid short circuit .Up to now , metro in Xiamen China ,metro in Xi’an China have running , the Switch cabinet with GPO-3 material which supplier by HC .
