Product Introduction:

GPO-3 material with red and white color for conventional stock , actually , the color can be custom-made if the quantity is big enough .GPO-3 material was made of polyester resin , glass fiber mat and inorganic material which called aluminium hydroxide. The actions of aluminium hydroxide is fire resistance , it will meet UL94-V0 when the thickness more than 3mm under normal conditions and no need filling any halogen material . This material has the very excellent machining properties , it can be cut into smaller sheet , grinded surface , drilled the holes and punched by reciprocating saw , CNC (CNC engraving machines) and punching machines . It can be machined into complex assembly parts by every machines according to the drawings from clients , that is means it is the customized product .

To meet the requirement from Europe and America ,the material has ROHS/REACH/UL/SGS and other requirements , it has been exporting to more than 30 countries all over the world , some of clients are the top500 in the world .

Application of material 

GPO-3 materials are more and more widely used in electrical industry , GPO-3 laminated sheet and machined parts are application to so many electric equipment , such as transformers , switchgears , reactor , inverter as the insulation sheet and support . it has very excellent machining properties and can meet iso2768-M class tolerance standard if machined by CNC.

As we know , with the technology development , the equipment request the thickness tolerance and machining tolerance smaller and smaller . So many parts with smaller tolerance on machining and thickness , such as air gas sheet and washer sheet , both of them are very important in transformer , it will reduce the noise when running if the air gap and washer sheet required the small tolerance .
