High strength of electrical and mechanical GPO3 (UPGM203) machined parts meet CIT600
GPO3 (UPGM203) is the insulation material which was composited with glass fiber , unsaturated polyester and aluminium hydroxide , it was pressed under the high temperature . It has good electrical property under high humidity and high mechanical property by medium temperature, quite nice fire retardant property, good arc resistance and tracking resistance.
This material can meet requirement of continue running under the F grade temperature , that is means it has high strength of mechanical when operating under condition of 155℃ ,it also have nice properties under low temperature . The material has been passed testing under -270℃, the report was shared by famouse company on top 500 in the world .
Features of GPO3(UPGM203)
Electrical Insulation : All of GPO3 sheet with very strength on break down voltage , the strength meet more than 14kv/mm .
Flame Resistance :GPO3 material and machined parts with nice fire resistance , it meets UL94-V0.
It is the green material , it belongs to halogen-free material and very low smoke and smoke toxicity in a fire situation.
Mechanical Strength : Our GPO3 sheet have stable mechanical strength not easy when machining by CNC
