REACH Certified GPO-3 fiberglass Sheet is rigid laminated sheet made of heat pressing which composed of e-class glass-mat reinforced unsaturated polyester and inorganic filler binder.
REACH Certified GPO-3 fiberglass Sheet has excellent arc resistance which is higher than 180 seconds.It can be used extensively in low & middle voltage electrical equipments as insulating structures such as circuit breaker, switchgear, transformer, DC motor, AC contactor,converter,inverter & explosionproof apparatus etc. ; automotive industry field etc. In electrical Apparatus: making of phase & end barriers, contact terminal supports, terminal plate, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear; arcchute plate, arc extinguishing cover & cylinder in circuit breaker and signal panels in other types of electrical apparatus; and electric melting furnace insulations. In electrical motor: making of armature parts, cover plate,slot wedge, stator, gasket,shims,carbon brush etc.
Electrical Insulation :All grades of GPO3 sheet have inherently good dielectrics. They are engineered to maximize the specific properties required for a wide range of electrical applications.
Flame Resistance :GPO3 sheet are UL-rated V-0. They belongs to halogen-free system that generates very low smoke and smoke toxicity in a fire situation.

Heat Resistance:Our GPO3 sheet have excellent property retention and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. These laminates have UL temperature index ratings over 150℃
