Long Life GPO3 Fiberglass Sheet Shape Made From Polyester & Glass Fiber

Product Introduction

GPO-3 shapes include dogbone , corner bone , L shape ,U channel , rod etc., the shapes was made of fiberglass and polyester resin and it is the glass reinforced thermoset polyester material . The fiberglass of raw material was impregnated in polyester resin and produce by pultrusion process under high temperature and pressure .

GPO-3 shape can be produced by mould according to client’s requirement , this series materials below to custom-made products.

It was produced by mould and pultrusion process .we have so many sizes of options for clients , normally , our standard length is 2500mm for every piece , but the length can be customized by clients , it will be very convenience for making parts to every electric equipment .

Feature of material

1. It is the green material with very little effect to the environmental when running in the equipment

2. It is the halogen free product and meet the latest ROHS and Reach requirement and no effect to the human bodies when touching with this material.

3. Good properties on flame, arc and track resistance .

4. No cracking when assembling in the equipment .

Application

GPO-3 shapes were widely used in area of transformers /switchgears/ uninterruptible power supply/ inverter and other electric equipment .

The shapes were used as the support parts /bracket in mentioned cabinets , because this series materials have so many advantages such as no cracking , long working temperature approximate to 155 degree centigrade , low smoke , non-poisonous , halogen free product , high strength ( include bending strength/tensile strength ) , UL94-V0 flame retardant rating . It will be more save with these properties when running in electrical equipments . Our shapes have been recognized by UL /RoHs /Reach and have the other certificates from the third party which were very famous Accredited Testing Organization .

GPO-3 shapes can be machined into assemble parts according to clients’requirements , it can be drill the holes , grinded ,process grooves by CNC machines .As we as we know , the most widely used in electrical equipment is transformer.

It has very good properties when working temperature below zero degree centigrade,we have some clients who running projects in Qinghai-Tibet Railway and other high altitude localities project , the min temperature of high altitude localities will below -55℃ in winter .However , the excellent stable electric and mechanical properties have been kept in this extreme temperatures .

These properties were tested by the third party which is one of the most famous Accredited Testing Organization in China

The shapes series can be machined into complex parts such as drill the holes and making groove by CNC machines .In addition ,the material with the excellent electric properties , especially excellent anti Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) .As we known , voltaic will lead to carbonization on surface of material , and the carbonization will affect to the insulating property , this material will reach more than 180 seconds of arc voltaic when running in electrical equipment .
