High Tensile Strength GPO-3 Machined Part Use To Every Electrical Cabinet
Product Introduction:
GPO-3 materials were composited with polyester resin , glass fiber mat and aluminium hydroxide press under the high temperature , the material inclusive laminated sheet , pultrusion profiles and molded parts . The machined part was made of GPO-3 laminated sheet , and process by CNC machine ; all of mentioned materials have the UL/ROHS/Reach and the test report from the third party .
GPO-3 machined parts has very excellent properties on the electrical and mechanical , such as CTI , arc resistance and break down voltage . Especially , it has very excellent properties on electric such as CTI meet 600 and arc resistance more than 180 seconds ; For the work temperature , the range is from -273 ℃ to 155℃ , the test report of mentioned was tested from one of our the most importance customers , the name of it is Siemens , as we know that it is the top 500 in the world .
So , it is not only work in low temperature but also work in higher temperature .
GPO-3 material is very easy to machined by CNC , it can be machined to every shapes according to the drawings from clients , such as milling groove or chamfering .

Application of material :
GPO-3 machined parts with the performance on electrical properties such as arc resistance when it is working . So many electrical products have the arc while the equipment cabinate is running . Arc will callused the insulation materials carbonized , once the material carbonized, it will be become semiconductor , so the properties will be effected and even the whole electrical cabinate will be damaged .
For the machining properties , it can be grinded and machined according to ISO2768-F or more precision on the tolerance . With the technology development and requirements stricter and stricter , more and more components will be requested stricter precision on the tolerance , whole electric equipment will be more and more precision . it will help the properties improvement . such as decrease noise , increase insulation between phases etc. At present , the application of the GPO-3 is very widely in every field , such as rail traffic , new energy , photovoltaic etc.
