Introduction of GPO-3
GPO-3 is insulation sheet which was composited by polyester resin , aluminium hydroxide and glass fiber mat , so it has high strength on mechanical and electrical . GPO-3 also called UPGM203 because different standard of area with different name .For example , persons in USA called it GPO-3 due to according to NEMA grade ; and persons in Europe called it UPGM203 due to according to standard of IEC , but they are same raw material . It is alkali-free fiberglass mat coated with unsaturated polyester resin as the reinforce material , then pressed the sheet under high temperature into rigid sheet as insulation sheet. It has good electrical property under high humidity and high mechanical property under room temperature , actually , it has very nice mechanical when it running in F grade temperature . it has been used in so many electrical equipments. In other way , it has fine fire retardant property and meet UL94-V0 and low smoke , good arc resistance and tracking resistance (CTI600) .
Good arc resistance property means not easy to carbonization when impact by arc , as we known if the material is carbonization , insulating strength has been decreased . so it is the safety material. It's widely used in the low voltage electrical industries such as making of insulating sheet in UPS , top cover and bottom cover in transformer .

7.Good machining properties, it can be punched, drilled and cut by CNC .
8. ROHS and REACH certified once a year by the third party .
9.It is halogen free material and green product , very little effect to human body .

Application of GPO-3 material
By virtue of very excellent properties of electrical and mechanical , GPO-3 material has been widely used more and more industries and products , such as insulating structures such as circuit breaker, switchgear, transformer, DC motor, AC contactor , converter ,inverter & explosion proof apparatus etc. ; automotive industry field etc. In electrical Apparatus: making of phase & end barriers, contact terminal supports, terminal plate, insulating supports, bus bar supports and mounting panels in switchgear; arc chute plate, arc extinguishing cover & cylinder in circuit breaker and signal panels in other types of electrical apparatus; and electric melting furnace insulations. In electrical motor: making of armature parts, cover plate ,slot wedge, stator, gasket ,shims ,carbon brush etc.
