Arc resistance reach 180 second and reach CTI600 GPO3 glass fiber laminate sheet
GPO3 sheet is also called UPGM203 sheet (Unsaturated Polyester Glass Mat Plate). UPGM203 is IEC standard
and GPO-3 is NEMA grade. The main composite is polyester resin , glass fiber mat and filler material . It is kind of rigid plate insulating material, made of alkali-free fiberglass mat impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin, adding relevant chemical agents in high temperature and pressing to rigid plate.
This material with very nice properties on mechanical , electrical and low water absorption , because of glass fiber with high strength on mechanical and unsaturated polyester resin with very nice electrical , such as high tensile strength , bending strength , impact strength and compression strength of properties on mechanical ; excellent arc resistance , CTI and break down resistance voltage ; very low water absorption due to filler material is calcium carbonate , UL 94-V0 due to the calcium carbonate , it is halogen-free which is environmental protection material .
