Halogen-free GPO3 with UL recognized and 1mm thickness reach UL94-V0
GPO3 sheet is a environmental protection material (green product ) , because of it is not content the halogen . As we known , so many insulation materials add the halogen (such as bromine) to enhance fire inflaming retarding grade UL94-V0 . However , the filler material of GPO3 is calcium carbonate , it is the halogen free material and meet UL94-V0 . Halogen will migerl injurious to health of persons .
The GPO3 material is also recognized by UL/ROHS/REACH/EN45545 etc., as we known , more and more customers requested certified by UL and meet requirements of ROHS/REACH , if the material did not have certicated of them , it will be difficult exporting to Europe and North America.
The GPO-3 sheet from our company can reach UL94-V0 on fire resistance property , as we know that it will more easy to burn if the thickness is small . According to IEC and GB standard , no any clause stipulate the GPO-3 should meet UL94-V0 when thickness less than 3mm , most of GPO-3 sheet with thickness less than 3mm can reach UL94-V2 only and even HB grade , it means that it has the risk to burn during electrical equipment running .

4. Great running temperature index , long working temperature can meet F class , 155℃

6.Very low water absorption , it means better insulation strength when running in humid environment.
