UL 94-V0 Halogen Free GPO 3 Sheet With Excellent Machining Property

GPO-3 sheet is also called UPGM203 sheet , it is the insulation material which was made by unsaturated polyester resin , glass fiber and aluminium hydroxide .

Functions of unsaturated polyester resin is electrical properties such as CTI/Arc resistance /break down voltage and etc.,

functions of glass fiber mat is mechanical properties such as bending strength , compress strength , tensile strength and etc., functions of aluminium hydroxide is filling material and fire resistance , it can meet UL94-V0 of fire resistance.

The glass fiber is the alkali-free glass fiber mat , it will be more save when running in switch cubicle , because some of the cubicle filling sulfur hexafluoride gas . The GPO-3 which we manufacture has certified by UL/ROHS/REACH and EN45545 , all of these certificates will be needed when materials exporting to Europe and North America . For the property of machining , the material can be cut , drill the holes and process on CNC machines .

It has very low water absorption rate and application to humid environment .

Application of GPO-3 

As soon as we known , GPO-3 material (include laminated sheet/shapes such as dog bone , corner bone , L shape , U channel ) is widely used in the low voltage electrical industries such as rail transportation, power generation, wind energy, power transmission and distribution, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, public transportation , photovoltaic and other fields.
