The main composite materials of GPO-3 laminated sheet include fiberglass and polyester resin .
Unsaturated Polyester Glass Mat (UPGM) laminated sheets and its related machining parts consists of alkali –free glass mat impregnated and bonded with unsaturated polyester resin, then laminated under high temperature and high pressure.
It has nice properties on electrical ( such as CTI/ARC etc) and on mechanical capacity .
Thickness range is 0.5-60mm
Sheet size is 2100mm on length and 1230mm on width
Thickness tolerance will be better than GB standard and IEC Standard .
Feature of GPO3
Thickness can be customized , such as 1/2’,3/8’ and etc. ;
Color can be customized if the MOQ is big enough such as yellow .
GPO-3 sheet can be easily machined by CNC
It has property on arc resistance , the test value is more than 180 seconds
It is the green product and have already passed the recognized by RoHs and Reach.

Application of GPO3
It is applicable for making insulation structuralcomponents or parts in F-class electric motors, transformers, switch gears ,circuit breakers, frequency conversion cabinet, high voltage power distributon cabinet and other electrical equipments. UPGM can be directly molded into profiles as percustomer’s special requirements.
