GPO-3 with properties of meet CTI 600& Arc resistance 180 seconds and UL certificate
The main ingredient of GPO-3 material is unsaturated polyester resin , glass fiber and aluminium hydroxide . Electrical performance mainly depend on the unsaturated polyester resin , that is means CTI 600& Arc resistance 180 seconds properties were depend on the unsaturated polyester resin . Rate of polyester resin , glass fiber and aluminium hydroxide with very exacting requirements . If the polyester resin much than standard , it will caused mechanical strength is not strength enough ; if the polyester resin is less than standard , the CTI and Arc resistance can not meet CTI600 &180seconds .
In other way , it also has requirement of pressure temperature and time , it is not allow to lower or higher temperature , rate of temperature increase faster or lower and etc., it will cause color different and effect to the insulation performance .

Application of GPO-3 material
As soon as we known , GPO-3 materials ( including laminated sheets , pultrusion process shapes ) have been widely used in many electrical equipment as the struck and insulation plate .
So far , the end users of this material as following :
Transformer ( such as air gap , top cover and bottom cover ) manufacturer , Switch cabinet (such as Cable clamp , bus-bar clamp) , DC motor (as insulating structures) , circuit breaker ( insulating plate , arc extinguishing cover ) , wind power generation such as slot wedge . Making of phase & end barriers, contact terminal supports, terminal plate, insulating supports in uninterruptible power supply .
GPO-3 material will be more and more used in every kinds of electrical products due to its’ nice electrical properties , easy machining and green material .
