GPO3(UPGM203) with properties of CTI600&Arc 180 seconds , thickness from 0.5mm to 60mm
GPO-3 material was made of polyester resin , glass fiber mat and aluminium hydroxide , the material inclusive laminated sheet , pultrusion profiles and molded parts .
HC is one of the biggest GPO3 manufacturer in China and the drafter of standard for this material in China , the material has been certified by UL/ROHS/REACH/EN45545/glowing filament and other certification from the third party .
GPO-3 laminated sheet , pultrusion profiles and molded parts can be machined by CNC/milling machines/punching machines and etc., it means that the materials with very excellent machining properties .

Application of GPO-3 material
GPO-3 laminated sheet with the performance on electrical properties such as arc resistance when it is operating in electrical equipments . It has advantage of low smoke , it means the material can be used in railway traffic equipments . As far as I know , the materials have been using in metro located in Xiamen city/Xi’an city of China . As we known , Our GPO-3 materials have been used in high speech train due to low smoke and nice properties of electrical . So many electrical products have the arc while it is running . Arc will callused the insulation materials carbonized . If the material carbonized, it will be become semiconductor , so the properties will be effected .
