Product Introduction:

Air gap sheet was made from glass fiber mat and polyester resin , it is a glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheet material.

Electric/ mechanical properties of this composite are very excellent , it has quite strong, dimensionally stable and impact resistant of mechanical properties. Meanwhile ,it has many advantages on properties , such as good properties on flame, arc and track resistance. To meet environmental requirement , the material has reached requirement of ROHS/REACH .In order to meet the requirement for exporting to Europe and North America , the material has certificated by UL. At present ,we are exporting this material to transformers manufacturers all over the world .

It is environmental protection material , very little effect to the environmental when running on the tramsformers
It is halogen free product and green product , no effect to the human bodies .
Very stable of the strength such as tensile&bending when running on high or low temperatures
