GPO3(UPGM203) with thickness range from 0.5mm-60mm , color can be custom made
The composite of GPO-3 laminated sheet are fiberglass and polyester resin and aluminium hydroxide material , then press under the high temperature & pressure by machine.
Currently , the major color of the sheets are red & white , however , the color can be custom made if needed .
For the sheet size , if the thickness less than 4mm , length and width will be 1200x1000mm ; if the thickness more than 4mm , length and width will be 2100x1230mm or 1230*1040mm . This material with excellent properties for machining , so the sheets can be easily machined by CNC such as milling , drilling and cutting , it can be machined into multiaspect , so complex parts can be machined by this material , if the drawings be sharing to us . Running temperature range is very widely for the material , the temperature index of this materials is from -270 to 155 degree centigrade , it will adjust to very low and high temperature when operating.

Application of material
GPO-3 (UPGM203) laminated sheet and machined parts are application to Switch cabinet/transformers/breaker in rail traffic , such as metro , CRH train , high speed rail etc. most of them are used as the insulation support , insulation sheet , bus-bar clamp and cover plate in transformer ,Switch cabinet for it has very excellent properties on absorption resistance , electrical and mechanical . The most important is good arc resistance performance , as we known , arc will caused its carbonized , the carbonate is semiconductor , so if it hasn’t property of arc resistance , the electrical will be broken . Further more , the materials with the advantages with low smoke , non-poisonous , halogen free and good fire resistance with EN45545 certificate , so it is the safe material and will be more and more widely used in every industry .
